Objetivo:
Responder pela gestão das atividades da Recepção, garantindo os padrões de excelência no atendimento ao cliente e contribuindo para o aumento da performance da unidade
Atribuições e Responsabilidades:
Coordenar a recepção do hotel, definindo rotinas, técnicas de atendimento e solucionando questões operacionais.
Gerenciar a ocupação e reservas, mantendo bom relacionamento com os principais hóspedes.
Participar do orçamento anual, controle de metas e definição da política comercial e promocional.
Conduzir projetos corporativos, garantir suprimentos e interagir com outros setores.
Mediar conflitos com hóspedes e assegurar a execução de processos e padrões da área.
Liderar a equipe: seleção, treinamento, avaliação, escalas, férias e demais atividades de gestão de pessoas.

Mínimas:
- Superior completo em Turismo ou Hotelaria ou compatível;
- Procedimentos internos de recepção;
- Conhecimentos das interfaces com outras áreas do hotel;
- Software de gerenciamento hoteleiro;
- Inglês fluente.
Desejáveis:
- Experiência na área;
- Espanhol Intermediário.
