Objetivo:
Assegurar o cumprimento integral das obrigações administrativas, minimizando riscos fiscais, trabalhistas e financeiros.
Atribuições e responsabilidades:
Coordenar as áreas de Contas a Pagar/Receber, Faturamento, Fiscal e Administração de Pessoal.
Garantir cumprimento de procedimentos internos e prazos contábeis.
Assegurar conformidade legal de terceiros e obrigações do escritório contábil.
Elaborar e administrar o fluxo de caixa e participar do orçamento anual.
Analisar balancetes, relatórios gerenciais e inadimplência.
Supervisionar folha de pagamento, rescisões, escalas e entrega de E.P.I.
Atender colaboradores com dúvidas sobre rotinas administrativas e de pessoal.
Participar de reuniões com investidores e elaborar relatórios financeiros.
Liderar e desenvolver a equipe administrativa.
Executar outras atividades conforme a necessidade da área.
Mínimas:
- Cursando superior em Ciências Contábeis, Administração de Empresas, Economia ou compatível;
- Conhecimento em processos e legislação específica das áreas de atuação (contábil/fiscal, financeira, trabalhista);
- Conhecimento básico de Excel.
Desejáveis:
- Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis Administração de Empresas e MBA;
- Noções de matemática financeira;
- Conhecimento avançado de Excel, Grand Back, Opera, Sistemas Senior e Engenho;
- Inglês e Espanhol básico;
- Experiência na área.
