What you will be doing:

Supporting our Executive Chef and kitchen team to create memorable guest experiences                                 Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation                                                                                     Exposure working in a fast paced, world class kitchen environment                                                            Breakfast, lunch, dinner service - Buffet and Al a Carte 
Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements
Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies

Your experience and skills include:

Professional qualifications in Cookery or proven experience working in a busy, professional                           kitchen environment                                                                                                                                         Creative and passionate about food and customer service
Able to work in a high-pressure environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
