Job Description

  • Support the concierge team in daily operations

  • Ensure consistent delivery of a luxury guest experience

  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements with professionalism and discretion

  • Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members

  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs

  • Maintain up-to-date local knowledge and partnerships

  • Ensure adherence to brand standards and service procedures

  • Support scheduling, reporting, and operational tasks


Qualifications

  • Previous concierge or front-of-house experience, preferably in a luxury hotel

  • Excellent knowledge of local attractions, dining, and services

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • High emotional intelligence and attention to detail

  • Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure

  • Leadership and coaching capability

  • Passion for hospitality and guest service

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
