Job Description
- Operate switchboard effectively, handling all calls promptly and professionally, greeting all callers according to Accor policy and transfer all calls to relevant departments responding to requests quickly and efficiently.
- Attend to other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors.
- Assist GSA’s with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Manage incoming calls during peak times, allowing GSA's to focus on in-person guest interactions.
Qualifications
- Previous 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role or hotel outlets is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer or system skills preferably in Opera Cloud.
