Do you have a passion for pastry and a desire to learn in a kitchen environment? Are you eager to develop your culinary skills while gaining hands-on experience in luxury hospitality? This is your opportunity to begin your journey with us.

We are looking for a motivated Commis Pastry Intern to join our kitchen team and support the preparation and presentation of high-quality pastry items, while learning from experienced professionals in a dynamic hotel environment.

What you will be doing:

• Assisting in pastry and dessert preparation, baking, plating, and presentation

• Supporting daily kitchen operations while following food safety and hygiene standards

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of pastry workstations

• Assisting with stock handling and basic inventory tasks

• Learning recipes, techniques, and kitchen best practices under supervision

• Currently studying or recently completed culinary or pastry education

• Passionate about pastry, baking, and food presentation

• Eager to learn and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to grow
