Commis de cuisine F/H
Mission:
Nous recherchons pour notre hôtel Novotel Metz Centre situé au cœur de la ville historique de Metz un Commis de Cuisine F/H, en contrat à durée déterminée pour un minimum de 2 mois pour un remplacement en arrêt maladie prolongé, à partir du 15 juillet 2025.
Nous avons les recettes, vous avez le talent. Cuisinez, dressez, envoyez, régalez !
- Vous êtes sous la responsabilité de l'équipe en cuisine pour l’exécution des plats, des recettes, dans le respect des délais impartis. (Et c’est parfois le rush en cuisine !)
- Vous effectuez la mise en place nécessaire à la réalisation des plats et participez à l'envoi en salle des assiettes dressées.
- Vous assurer l'entretien et le nettoyage de la cuisine et du matériel
Profile:
● Passionné par la gastronomie, vous maîtrisez certaines techniques culinaires propres aux cuisiniers de la grande restauration. Vous avez à cœur de régaler vos clients !
● Polyvalent et consciencieux dans l’exécution des recettes élaborées.
