Rixos Bab Al Bahr is a luxury hotel chain providing a traditional Turkish hospitality in an excellent manner. changing the concept of a real luxury by giving a new meaning of the all-inclusive holiday concept through providing a unique experience.
SALARIES AND BENEFITS

Assist the Pastry Chef and Demi Chef in the preparation of desserts, pastries, cakes, breads, and bakery items
Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
Carry out basic pastry tasks such as mixing, piping, glazing, baking, and decorating
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section at all times
Follow food safety, hygiene (HACCP), and sanitation standards
Properly store ingredients and finished products, ensuring correct labeling and rotation (FIFO)
Assist in plating and presentation of desserts for service
Monitor stock levels and inform senior chefs of low inventory
Clean and maintain pastry equipment, tools, and workstations
Support senior pastry chefs during service periods and special events
Comply with hotel/restaurant health, safety, and quality standards
Be willing to learn new techniques and improve pastry skills
Basic culinary or pastry training/certificate from a recognized institute (preferred)
Diploma or certification in Pastry/Bakery/Culinary Arts is an advantage
Previous internship or entry-level experience in a pastry kitchen or bakery (preferred)
Basic knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and dessert preparation
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Willingness to learn and work under senior chefs
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to work long hours, weekends, and shifts
Physically fit to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen
Team player with a positive attitude
