We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Cluster Digital Marketing and Communications Manager to elevate our online presence and drive direct bookings. This is a pivotal role focused on amplifying our brand awareness, enhancing our online reputation, and leveraging guest feedback to not only increase direct sales but also bolster our B2B efforts.
You will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Director and the General Managers of our ships, while also maintaining close coordination with Accor's cluster department heads
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Cluster Digital Marketing and Communications Manager to elevate our online presence and drive direct bookings. This is a pivotal role focused on amplifying our brand awareness, enhancing our online reputation, and leveraging guest feedback to not only increase direct sales but also bolster our B2B efforts.
You will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Director and the General Managers of our ships, while also maintaining close coordination with Accor's cluster department heads
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar Digital Marketing and Communications role within the hospitality, travel, or lifestyle industry.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is a significant plus.
- Digital Expertise: Solid working understanding and hands-on experience with:
- Social media management platforms and strategies.
- Online advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising).
- Managing and optimizing listings on Online Travel Agent (OTA) platforms (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com).
- Website content management systems.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance.
- Problem-Solving & Proactivity: An exceptional ability to creatively find workarounds for obstacles and achieve desired Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through innovative solutions. You must be proactive and solution-oriented.
- Collaboration: A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with various internal departments and external stakeholders, including our Accor cluster teams.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university is required.

This position is based in our office in Zamalek, Cairo. We offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement, understanding that travel to our ships will be necessary throughout the cruise season to truly understand our product and guests
