Description du poste

Vos responsabilités :

Se comporte et agit de manière exemplaire, incarnant l'esprit de la marque.
Aide à assurer le bon fonctionnement des services et un rythme d’activité soutenu en gérant son secteur
Aide à améliorer l'esprit d'équipe
Contribue globalement à la satisfaction des clients par la qualité de son travail grâce à un comportement exemplaire.
Connait les prestations proposés par l'hôtel, en informe le client et l'encourage à consommer.
Est à l'écoute du client et lui apporte une réponse adaptée à sa demande
Etablit d'excellente relations avec le client.
Service du soir essentiellement
Disponibilité à partir du 15/01/2025

Qualifications

Minimum de 12 mois d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, incluant de préférence une expérience 5 étoiles et/ou un service client de marque de luxe.
Sens du détail et mise en avant de la qualité du service
Engagement minimum de 12 mois.
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
Flexibilité pour travailler sur une liste tournante de 7 jours, y compris les week-ends et jours fériés.
Capacité organisationnelle
