Nous recherchons notre nouveau/elle Chef(fe) de Projet Relation et Fidélisation Client en CDI.
Sous la responsabilité du responsable Relation et Satisfaction Client, vous avez en charge la gestion des projets de fidélisation et de relation client Adagio, et plus spécifiquement les missions suivantes :
# Relation et Satisfaction client :
- Traitement des demandes et plaintes client
- Pilotage de la satisfaction client à travers la réalisation d'analyses mensuelles, annuelles et ponctuelle et l’utilisation optimale de notre outil de satisfaction (TrustYou, SafetyCulture)
- Suivi & Analyses
- Visites Qualité
- Formations
- Identification des leviers d’amélioration et mise en œuvre de plans d'action à destination de nos sites
#Fidélisation :
- Définition d’une stratégie d’animation du programme de fidélisation et de personnalisation propre à Adagio
- Animation de formations
- Organisation de webinaires ambassadeurs
- Envoi de newsletters Best Practices
- Suivi de challenges
- Expériences ALL (Accor Live Limitless) / Coordination d’événements avec les équipes communication externe et les équipes Accor.
- Création de contenus associés
- Organisation de concours
# Animation du réseau et support siège :
- Accompagnement des aparthotels et des équipes du siège sur les activations locales et les campagnes
- Création de newsletters (infos et chiffres)
#Etudes clients :
- Définition d’une feuille de route pour améliorer la connaissance de nos clients (réflexion besoins et outils)
- Création, animation et gestion d’une communauté client
- Réalisation d’études de marché et études clients ; Brand Tracker…
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une formation bac +4/5 de type Master 2 ou Ecole de Commerce / Marketing / Management ?
- Vous disposez d’une expérience significative en gestion de projet et/ou en fidélisation ?
- Vous maîtrisez le pack Office ?
- Vous êtes proactif/ve, curieux/se, rigoureux/se et organisé(e) ?
- Vous parlez couramment anglais ?
- Vous êtes motivé(e) à rejoindre une marque qui bouge et leader sur son segment ?
