Additionally, the hotel offers excellent connectivity to both the airport and the main train station, ensuring seamless travel for all visitors.
• Preparación, cocción y presentación de platos en su partida, garantizando calidad, consistencia y tiempos de servicio.
• Organizar la mise en place y el servicio, asegurando un pase eficiente y ordenado.
• Coordinar y distribuir tareas del equipo asignado en el Rooftop, asegurando una ejecución homogénea y el cumplimiento de estándares.
• Asumir la responsabilidad operativa del punto de venta en ausencia del Sous Chef, asegurando la continuidad del servicio y la correcta coordinación con Sala.
• Seguir y ejecutar las indicaciones del Executive Chef y del Sous Chef, actuando con proactividad y criterio operativo en el día a día.
• Asegurar la preparación conforme a recetas/fichas técnicas y estándares de presentación, minimizando mermas y desperdicio.
• Fomentar el trabajo en equipo y una comunicación fluida dentro de cocina y con otros departamentos, especialmente con Sala.
• Colaborar con el Executive Chef y el Sous Chef en el desarrollo y mejora de platos y menús (propuestas, pruebas y ajustes).
• Conocer en profundidad el menú, sugerencias diarias y promociones del punto de venta para anticipar necesidades de producción y servicio.
• Velar por el cumplimiento de normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria (APPCC), correcta manipulación, conservación, etiquetado y rotación del producto.
• Orientación al cliente interno y foco en la calidad del servicio.
• Persona responsable, dinámica y con alto sentido del orden y la limpieza.
• Capacidad de organización y priorización (mise en place, pase y gestión del turno).
• Trabajo en equipo y buenas habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
• Tolerancia a la presión y agilidad en entornos de volumen.
• Conocimientos de higiene y seguridad alimentaria (APPCC) y gestión de alérgenos (valorable).
• Estudios de Hostelería/Cocina o similares (valorable).
• Experiencia mínima de 2–3 años como Jefe/a de Partida o posición similar, preferiblemente en hotel/restauración de nivel.
• Idiomas: español. Inglés valorable.
• Jornada completa.
• Turnos rotativos.
