Dans ce cadre-là, l’hôtel Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris, Palace entièrement rénové par Philippe Starck, est composé de 149 chambres et suites dont 3 appartements privés, d’un Spa Clarins & myBlend, de quatre restaurants : Matsuhisa Paris, dédié à la gastronomie péruvo-japonaise par le Chef Nobu, Il Carpaccio, italien étoilé en partenariat avec Da Vittorio***, La Cuisine connu pour ses petits déjeuners et brunchs d’exception, et Le Bar Long proposant une carte internationale tout au long de la journée, d’innovants cocktails et de délicieux tapas. L’hôtel est connu comme le plus parisien et contemporain des Palaces à travers : une Art Concierge – une salle de cinéma - une galerie d’Art - un concept store La Librairie des Arts.

Nous recherchons un(e) Chef de Partie (H/F) passionné(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe talentueuse au sein de la Cuisine La Cuisine.
Le candidat idéal devra posséder une solide expérience dans la cuisine française et être capable de travailler dans un environnement haut de gamme et exigeant.
Sous la supervision du Chef de Cuisine, le Chef de Partie (H/F) sera responsable de la préparation des plats, du maintien des normes de qualité et de l'organisation de sa partie.
MISSIONS :
- Préparer, cuisiner et dresser les plats selon les standards établis par le Chef de Cuisine.
- Assurer la qualité et la fraîcheur des produits utilisés.
- Superviser et encadrer l'équipe de commis de cuisine assignée à sa partie.
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et organisé en respectant les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
- Contribuer à l'élaboration de nouveaux plats et à l'amélioration des recettes existantes.
- Collaborer avec les autres membres de l'équipe pour garantir une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle à nos clients.
- Expérience préalable en tant que Chef de Partie (H/F) ou poste similaire dans un établissement de luxe.
- Excellente connaissance de la cuisine française et des techniques culinaires classiques.
- Capacité à respecter les délais, adaptabilité et rigueur.
- Esprit d'équipe et excellentes compétences en communication.
- Souci du détail et engagement envers la qualité.
- Diplôme en cuisine ou formation équivalente serait un plus.
