You are responsible for the quality of service, storage and cleaning in the kitchen, as well as food storage. 🧽🍽️
You control and ensure the proper storage of supplies. 📦🔍
You participate in the creation of the menu in collaboration with management and the Group Executive Chef 📋👨🍳
You recruit, lead and develop a kitchen team of around 30 people. 👥👩🍳👨🍳
You ensure the profitability of the kitchen through an optimal use of the goods, a rigorous management and the respect of the ratios. 💰📊
You respect hygiene standards and you’ve mastered the HACCP method. 🧼✔️ You are responsible for the proper use of all equipment. 🔧🔒
