Nous vous proposons le challenge suivant au sein de l’équipe de Réception…
- Être présent(e) et visible dans le lobby, aller naturellement à la rencontre du client
- Assurer l’ensemble des missions clés : préparation des arrivées, check-in, check-out, sécurisation du chiffre d’affaires, répondre aux appels téléphoniques, aux emails et prendre ponctuellement les réservations
- Gérer les objections, remarques et réclamations des clients
- Être impliqué(e) dans la commercialisation des différentes prestations de l’hôtel et du programme de fidélité du Groupe
- Monter des effets / bagages ou de la restauration en chambre si besoin
- Transmettre les informations nécessaires aux autres services (étages, technique...) et aux autres membres de son service
- Respecter les procédures en matière de facturation et d’encaissement
- Être responsable de la bonne tenue de la caisse
Vous êtes la personne qu’il nous faut si vous…
- Avez une première expérience en Réception
- Maitrisez l’anglais (La pratique d'une troisième langue étrangère est un plus)
- Maîtrisez pack office, PMS (Opera est un plus)
- Avez une capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe ainsi qu'un réel sens de l’initiative
- Êtes dynamique, enthousiasme, spontané(e) et empathique
- Êtes à l'écoute et faites preuve d'anticipation
- Êtes doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel client et d'un esprit commercial
- Êtes rigoureu(se)x et organisé(e) (process, encaissements, etc..)
Votre poste c’est aussi…
- CDD dés que possible jusqu'au 31/08/2025
- 39 heures / semaine, 2 repos hebdomadaires et horaires continus
- Pass Navigo remboursé à hauteur de 75% + avantage parking (2025)
