Job Description

As a Catering & Conference Service Manager, you will be the key liaison between our clients and hotel operations, responsible for ensuring that every event, from an intimate board meeting to a grand gala, is flawlessly executed and exceeds expectations. You will manage all aspects of planning, coordination, and delivery with a focus on service excellence, creativity, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute meetings, conferences, weddings, banquets, and social events in line with brand standards.
  • Serve as the main contact for clients, ensuring their vision is perfectly translated into reality.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with internal departments — banquet, culinary, AV, housekeeping, and security — to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Conduct site inspections and pre-event meetings with clients.
  • Drive event revenue through creative upselling and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Handle feedback and ensure prompt post-event follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury or international five-star hotel.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, polished appearance with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
