Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you: 

As a Business Analyst, you will support strategic decision‑making through hands‑on analysis of large datasets using SQL and BI tools to analyze topline performance, channelmix performance, international flows, and market positioning. You will deliver comprehensive, data-driven insights to guide business leaders across functions including Sales,Distribution, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Finance. Your scope will cover topline performance, channel mix breakdown, incrementality analysis, and the deploymentof standardized analytical methodologies. ​

Your mission: 

1. Strategic Performance Leadership​

• Own the data‑driven interpretation of Accor’s commercial performance, identifying structural growthdrivers, risks, and value creation levers across brands and regions.​

• Support strategic discussions through fact‑based insights, KPI analyses, scenarios, and performance outlooksgrounded in robust data.​

2. Analytics Governance & Thought Leadership​

• Contribute to the definition and application of performance measurement frameworks, metrics, andanalytical standards at group level.​

• Ensure analytical rigor by validating data, challenging assumptions, and monitoring data quality across keyperformance analyses.​

3. Commercial Strategy Partnership​

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams to translate business questions into structured dataanalyses and insights.​

• Support the structuring and challenge of business cases and prioritization decisions through quantified,data‑backed analyses .​

4. Market & Competitive Intelligence​

• Integrate external market and competitive data into internal datasets to explain performance drivers anddemand dynamics.​

• Translate external signals into measurable impacts and data‑supported implications for Accor’s portfolio andgrowth priorities.​

5. Cross‑Functional Enablement​

• Contribute to transversal initiatives improving analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting processes .​

• Share best practices and analytical approaches, supporting the onboarding and development of the analyticscommunity.​

And you? 

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or in a strategic/FP&A role, ideally within the hospitality, travel, or consumer services sectors

• Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with BITools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker…)​

• Working knowledge of SQL and large datasets(Snowflake, Dataiku a plus)​

• Ability to clearly communicate analytical insights tosenior stakeholders​

• Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and businessacumen​

• Fluent English required ; French a plus
