ABOUT THE ROLE
• We’re looking for a dynamic Beverage Manager to lead the beverage experience across our three signature bars and elevate the overall drink culture at the resort.
• You’ll be the creative force behind our bar concepts, ensuring world-class quality, consistency, and innovation that reflect our flagship Pullman spirit.
• As part of the F&B leadership team, you’ll drive excellence in both product and service, inspire a high-performance team, and deliver memorable guest experiences that align with our brand vision and business goals.
Qualifications
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
• Minimum 5 years of progressive beverage experience within premium or luxury hospitality brands, including at least 2 years in a F&B leadership role.
• A genuine passion for mixology, trends, and guest engagement.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide, mentor, and develop a diverse team.
• A hands-on mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction, creativity, and operational excellence.
