Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Bellman cum Shuttle Driver to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services while ensuring safe and efficient transportation for our valued guests.

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival, offering a warm welcome and providing information about the property and local attractions
  • Handle luggage, packages, and other items for guests, ensuring proper care and timely delivery
  • Operate shuttle vehicles to transport guests to and from various locations, including airports, train stations, and local points of interest
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized lobby area and vehicle
  • Assist with guest requests and inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to the appropriate department
  • Manage time effectively to ensure prompt and reliable shuttle service
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local area, attractions, and events to provide accurate information to guests

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or as a professional driver
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Physical stamina to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to operate shuttle vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
  • Familiarity with Kuala Lumpur's roads, traffic patterns, and popular destinations
  • Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards
