Join Our Food & Beverage Team – Bartender Role Available

We’re looking for enthusiastic and service-focused team members to join our Food & Beverage department across a variety of roles. What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional, warm service that consistently meets and exceeds five-star guest expectations

• Build genuine connections with guests by remembering preferences, celebrating special occasions, and personalising every interaction

• Elevate the guest experience through creativity and flair — from latte art and cocktail presentation to curating the perfect atmosphere

• Confidently share your knowledge of menus, local produce, and wine pairings to enhance each dining experience

• Work seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, memorable food and beverage service

• Create visually stunning event setups, bar displays, and dining spaces that reflect the brand’s premium standards

• Make thoughtful recommendations and upsell with authenticity to enhance guest enjoyment and overall experience

• Take ownership of guest satisfaction by going above and beyond to surprise and delight with personalised, thoughtful touches

Hourly Pay rates:

• Mon to Fri: $25.85 (+ $2.81 evening loading after 7pm)
• Saturday: $32.31
• Sunday: $38.78
• Public Holidays: $58.16

What we're looking for:

• A current RSA Certificate (essential for all roles)
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
• A proactive, can-do approach to challenges and daily tasks
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Great attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards
• Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster – evenings, weekends and public holidays
