We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender/Barista to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of beverages, including expertly mixed cocktails, specialty coffees, and non-alcoholic drinks, while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, coffee, tea, and other drinks, with consistency and flair
• Recommend beverages based on customer preferences and promote signature drinks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar or café area, ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards for all beverages
• Stay up-to-date with beverage menus, ingredients, brewing techniques, and current trends in the industry
• Handle customer interactions professionally and warmly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist in inventory management, restocking, and daily opening/closing procedures
• Collaborate effectively with team members to create a positive work environment

• Proven experience as a bartender or barista in a hotel or premium café/bar setting
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and cocktail mixology techniques
• Familiarity with local beverage preferences and trends in Malaysia
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Keen attention to detail, creativity, and passion for crafting high-quality beverages
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Knowledge of and adherence to Malaysian food safety and hygiene regulations
• Barista or bartending certification is advantageous
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
