Bartender - Bambini

We are looking for a passionate Bartender to shake things up as part of our opening team for The Hoxton, Shoreditch in our Il Bambini Club.

Born in Paris, Il Bambini Club is a bold and joyful trattoria landing in London. With its colourful design, iconic pizza oven, live music, and carefree atmosphere, it’s a vibrant celebration of Italian life. We’re looking for Bartenders who bring style, speed, and spirit to every pour - from playful twists on Italian classics to serving coffee, fine wines and signature creations all day long. At Bambini, the bar is a central stage for energy, elegance, and spontaneity - from lunch to late night.

What you'll do...

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves
• Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons
• Know your product & systems inside out
• Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily, for both table and bar service 

What we're looking for...

• Previous bar tending and particularly cocktail making experience
• A natural people person – you’re confident behind the bar and brilliant with guests
• You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here
• Passion for hospitality – you’re all about creating memorable experiences for others, be they guests or colleagues
• You’re not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get things done
• You’re up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once
• You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way
