Job Description
We’re looking for an energetic, guest‑focused Barista & Bar Attendant who loves great coffee, great drinks and great service. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, value high standards, and enjoy creating memorable moments for guests, this could be your perfect fit. In this position, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service across both bar and breakfast operations. You will:
- Provide friendly, professional and efficient food & beverage service to all guests
- Create classic and innovative beverages, from espresso coffees to cocktails and mixed drinks
- Promote and maintain best coffee practices and support training for the F&B team
- Maintain high grooming standards and uphold a professional appearance at all times
- Keep all equipment and service areas clean, safe and well maintained
- Report maintenance issues promptly and complete opening/closing procedures as
Qualifications
- Experience in fast‑paced F&B environments, preferably in Hotels
- Strong barista skills, particularly in high‑volume service environments
- Ability to mix and serve alcoholic beverages confidently and responsibly
- Capable of maintaining high performance under pressure and multitasking effectively
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Ability to work a variety of shifts such as early mornings, nights, weekends, public holidays
