We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Barback to join our dynamic hospitality team in Bengaluru, India. As a Barback, you'll be the backbone of our bar operations, providing essential support to our bartenders and servers while maintaining the highest standards of service and cleanliness. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where your organizational skills and collaborative spirit will directly contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging support to bartenders and servers throughout all service periods
• Efficiently stock, organize, and maintain all bar supplies, equipment, and inventory on a daily basis
• Prepare and set up all bar stations according to outlet standards and procedures before service begins
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding beverage offerings, menu items, and promotions in a helpful and informative manner
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of beverage lists, cocktail preparations, and promotional offerings
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of all beverages and bar supplies following health and safety protocols
• Keep all guest-facing and back-of-house bar areas clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout service
• Monitor and manage bar inventory levels, alerting management to stock needs and discrepancies
• Handle cash and payment transactions accurately and securely
• Collaborate seamlessly with the bar team to ensure smooth operations during peak service times
• Follow all outlet policies, procedures, and service standards consistently
• Respond proactively to challenges and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a high-pressure environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall bar operations

• Previous barback or hospitality experience is highly valued
• Demonstrated ability to deliver professional, engaging, and friendly service consistently
• Strong capability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume bar environments
• Solid knowledge of beverage offerings, cocktails, and bar operations
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a close-knit team
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout your shift
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 30+ pounds regularly
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic point-of-sale systems
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations in food and beverage service
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and resilient approach to challenges
• Commitment to maintaining professional appearance and grooming standards
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures, systems, and operational standards
• Customer service orientation with a focus on supporting positive guest experiences
