Objetivo do cargo:
Garantir o fiel cumprimento dos processos e procedimentos estabelecidos para área, bem como recepcionar hóspedes/clientes no balcão ou por telefone, atendendo aos padrões de excelência no atendimento e da marca.
Atividades:
- Verificar o cumprimento de processos, procedimentos, rotinas e documentos conforme as normas da empresa, identificando irregularidades e elaborando relatórios.
- Realizar atendimento presencial e telefônico a hóspedes/clientes, prestando informações, esclarecendo dúvidas e registrando solicitações ou reclamações.
- Executar procedimentos de check-in e check-out, incluindo cadastro, entrega de chaves, fechamento de faturas, recebimento de pagamentos e organização dos processos.
- Garantir a correta execução dos procedimentos da recepção, faturamento, auto-controle e passagem de turno.
- Alimentar o sistema com dados de reservas e operar o programa de fidelidade conforme os padrões da marca.
- Gerar faturamento diário, emitir notas fiscais e boletos bancários, conferindo dados e encaminhando ao setor administrativo quando necessário.
- Mediar conflitos e atuar em situações críticas ou atípicas, reportando ocorrências, anormalidades e informações relevantes ao superior imediato.
- Atuar em situações emergenciais, seguindo protocolos e acionando os responsáveis (falhas técnicas, falta de energia, vazamentos, entre outros).
- Realizar backups de informática e procedimentos relacionados ao servidor.
- Verificar itens de manutenção e segurança por meio de check-lists, registrando e comunicando irregularidades.
- Orientar e apoiar o mensageiro e o auxiliar de recepção.
- Manter arquivos e documentos da área organizados.
- Executar atividades correlatas, conforme a necessidade do setor.
Mínimas:
- Cursando superior em Hotelaria, Turismo ou compatível;
- Pacote Office;
- Inglês Intermediário.
Desejáveis:
- Inglês fluente;
- Espanhol Intermediário.

- 07:00 - 19:00
