Nous recherchons un(e) Attaché(e) Commercial(e) passionné(e) et motivé(e) pour rejoindre l’équipe commerciale de notre hôtel, membre du réseau Accor. Dans ce rôle, vous êtes le garant du développement du chiffre d’affaires sur les segments groupes, séminaires, corporate et MICE, tout en contribuant activement à la satisfaction client et à la croissance durable de l’établissement.
Missions principales
Répondre aux demandes commerciales et élaborer des propositions adaptées en veillant à la rentabilité des offres.
Négocier les contrats annuels avec les clients corporate et assurer leur suivi jusqu’à la finalisation.
Assurer le suivi des dossiers groupes et MICE (de la demande initiale au service post‑événement).
Collaborer avec les départements opérationnels pour garantir une expérience client optimale.
Relancer les devis, fidéliser les clients et contribuer au développement de nouveaux marchés.
Participer aux actions commerciales et marketing locales (évenements, emailing, visites clients).
Sens du service, excellente aisance relationnelle et goût du challenge commercial.
Capacité à négocier et à suivre un portefeuille clients de manière autonome.
Organisation, rigueur et réactivité face aux demandes.
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et des systèmes hôteliers (type Opera, CRM).
Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l’anglais.
