Job Description

How does your working day look like …

  • Supervise and manage spa staff, including aestheticians, massage therapists, receptionists, and cleaning staff.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times and efficient operation during slower periods.
  • Provide training for new and existing staff to maintain high service standards and keep them updated on the latest techniques and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, handling reservations, and addressing client inquiries.
  • Monitor and manage spa inventory, including skincare products, oils, and other consumables.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies and promotional events to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Monitor and drive sales goals, encouraging upselling of services and products.
  • Ensure that all spa equipment is in good working order, coordinating repairs or replacements as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality, providing feedback and guidance to staff as needed.
  • Ensure the spa complies with all local health and safety regulations.
  • Keep accurate records of spa services, financial transactions, and employee performance.
  • Generate regular reports on spa performance for upper management.
  • Handle customer complaints or staff conflicts in a professional and effective manner.
  • Make informed decisions on matters related to staff, services, and overall spa management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new treatments, and technologies, and implement changes to keep the spa competitive.

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV …

 

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in similar role of Head Spa therapist, knowledge of local market, experience in hospitality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computer skills.
  • Previous experience in spa therapy would be recommended.
  • Knowledge of driving revenue and ensuring maximum efficiency of the booking channels.
