Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Ressources Humaines, vos responsabilités sont organisées autour des grands axes suivants et comprennent sans s’y limiter :
Gestion administrative du personnel
- Gestion des entrées/sorties de personnel : réalisation de la partie contractuelle et création du dossier administratif
- Supervision de la bonne tenue des dossiers employés et extras ainsi que chefs de service
- Préparation de l’arrivée des nouveaux collaborateurs et suivi de leur intégration, notamment au travers d’un plan d’intégration élaboré avec les chefs de service concernés
- Suivi de la planification des formations du personnel dans le but de développer les compétences des collaborateurs.
- Supervision de la gestion des maladies, visites médicales, accidents de travail et prévoyance
- Communication interne : suivi des tableaux d’affichage d’informations générales, mise à jour de la page Facebook Collaborateurs, divers affichages internes.
- Accueil et renseignement des personnes se présentant dans le bureau et suivi des demandes du personnel
Recrutement
- Suivi des besoins en personnel et des durées de contrat
- Participation au salon du recrutement et déploiement de la marque employeur
- Gestion des logements saisonniers, attribution et suivi
Relations avec les partenaires sociaux
- Suivi des heures de délégation des élus
- Relai de la veille sociale auprès du Directeur ressources humaines
CHS
- Tenue du cahier des Accidents de travail et animateur de plan d'actions pour upgrader la culture sécurité de l'environnement
- Leader de sujets QVT pour favoriser l'épanouissement de nos collaborateurs
- Vous véhiculez l’image et l’ambiance de l’hôtel par votre attitude exemplaire, votre accueil chaleureux et convivial, votre présence auprès des équipes et par votre disponibilité.
Profil :
- Bac + 3 en Ressources Humaines
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet
- Vos valeurs : Rigueur, discrétion, autonomie
- Ecoute et qualités relationnelles indispensables
- 1ER Expérience à un poste similaire
- Curiosité et âme de Leader RH indispensable
- Une connaissance des métiers de l’hôtellerie restauration serait un atout
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et sens de l’initiative
- Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Horaires variables et tournants à raison de 39 heures par semaine, sans coupure
