We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Head Butler to join our prestigious team in Cairo, Egypt. As a key member of our Butler Services department, you will support the Head Butler in delivering unparalleled guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.
- Assist the Head Butler in overseeing daily operations and allocating butler staff according to guest requirements and business levels
- Personally greet VIP and long-stay guests, ensuring their preferences and expectations are met or exceeded
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of butler team members
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations to maintain consistent luxury service standards
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, In-Room Dining, and Engineering departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Oversee stock control for butler supplies and amenities, balancing availability with cost control
- Inspect rooms and pantries regularly to ensure flawless presentation and adherence to guest preferences
- Lead daily briefings and ensure effective communication across all shifts
- Act as the department head in the absence of the Head Butler
- Implement and maintain SOPs and service standards for the Butler Services department
- Create "magic" moments for guests by anticipating their needs and delivering proactive, personalized service
- Bachelor's Degree in Tourism & Hotel Management or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Butler, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail with a warm, discreet, and refined service approach
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and etiquette
- Proficiency in hospitality management software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Hotel Overview: Overlooking one of Cairo’s most beautiful Nile views, Nile City Towers complex is a business destination claim to Egypt’s corporate success. Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
• Constant standing and walking throughout shift.

• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps.
