We are seeking a well-organized, proactive, and creative individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who embodies our philosophy of "Quality in Life" and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment.
- Able to provide guidance and suggestions to guests. (Previous leadership experience within Sales required)
- To have basic knowledge for sales and management, and understanding to the hotel industry deeply
- To think and take responsibility for making decisions for their team and report the results to their supervisor
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and or relevant computer applications required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

応募資格・求める人物像
- セールス部門でのリーダーまたはマネジメント経験をお持ちの方
- お客様のニーズを理解し、適切な提案・アドバイスができる方
- セールスおよびマネジメントに関する基礎知識を有し、ホテル業界への理解がある方
- チームの意思決定に責任を持ち、業務結果を上司へ適切に報告できる方
- Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、Outlook）などの基本的なPCスキルを有する方
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力（口頭・文書）
- 高い対人能力と問題解決能力をお持ちの方
- 責任感があり、信頼性の高い方
- 常にお客様を第一に考え、落ち着いた丁寧な対応ができる方
- チームワークを大切にし、主体的かつ柔軟に業務へ取り組める方
資格
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the hotel industry.
- Proven experience working with tourism boards, airlines, travel agencies, and other industry partners.
- Ability to prepare, present, and negotiate MICE proposals and business opportunities.
- Foreign nationals are welcome to apply, provided they possess a valid work visa with authorization to work in Japan.

- MICE案件の企画提案書の作成およびプレゼンテーションができる方
