  • Salary Range: $95,000-$105,000 USD Gross per annum

Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Front Office, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Director of Front Office in overseeing all Front Office and Guest Services operations, ensuring service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of supervisors and line-level colleagues across Front Desk, PBX Operator, Bell/Lobby Ambassadors, and Concierge.
  • Ensure efficient and personalized guest check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Monitor guest feedback and work cross-departmentally to implement service enhancements.
  • Manage daily scheduling, payroll, and shift coverage to meet forecasted occupancy.
  • Handle guest escalations and VIP arrivals with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Support the implementation and training of Opera Cloud PMS, maintaining system accuracy and team competency.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and operational flow.
  • Assist with labor productivity, expense and inventory control, and KPI tracking for the department.
  • Uphold and model Fairmont brand standards and Forbes service expectations.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hotel Front Office operations.
  • Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with Opera Cloud Property Management System is required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve guest issues diplomatically.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
  • Computer proficiency in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
