Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you: 

The role supports the Care leadership team in running the department effectively: setting the operating rhythm, tracking strategic priorities and performance, coordinating cross-team initiatives, and ensuring leadership decisions are translated into clear actions, follow-up and communication.​

The role acts as a central point of coordination across the Care department, helping leadership maintain visibility on performance, decisions, organizational topics and cross-functional initiatives.

You will be responsible for :

Governance, OKR & performance management​:

  • Own and continuously improve the department’s governance and operating cadence, including OKR cycles, performance reviews, leadership meetings and decision forums​
  • Coordinate the department’s OKR and KPI tracking process by consolidating inputs from team leaders, maintaining progress dashboards and highlighting risks​
  • Maintain a consolidated view of the department’s key initiatives, deliverables and milestones, ensuring timely escalation of slippages or cross-team dependencies​
  • Prepare high-quality materials for recurring leadership meetings and reviews, anticipating decision needs and providing clear, relevant analysis​
  • Partner with vertical leaders, PMOs and People & Culture teams to maintain an up-to-date view of department organization topics, including team structures, open roles and succession-related updates​

Team engagement, internal & external communications​:

  • Design and manage the department’s internal operating rhythm, including town halls, leadership updates and cross-team synchronization moments​
  • Produce and manage internal communications for the department & coordinate external-facing communications in partnership with CDT communication team​
  • Identify opportunities to improve communication and onboarding efficiency through AI-enabled tools and standardized content workflows​

Strategic projects​:

  • Lead or support selected cross-functional projects for the Care leadership team, such as operating model improvements, department-wide process changes, organizational readiness initiatives​
  • Define project scope, governance, milestones, risk and success measures, and ensure projects are executed with strong follow-through​
  • Act as a central integrator across teams by aligning stakeholders, resolving roadblocks and maintaining momentum on priority initiatives​

Qualifications

And you?

  • Education Level: Master's Degree or equivalent relevant experience​
  • 4+ years of experience in cross-functional program management, business operations, PMO, consulting, or strategic coordination roles​
  • Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders, ideally in an international environment​
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills​
  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders at different levels​
  • Excellent organizational, project management and follow-up capabilities​
  • High autonomy, proactivity and ownership​
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills​
  • Ability to bring structure and clarity in complex or ambiguous environments​
  • Attention to detail and sound judgment
