Job Description
You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued.
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized, and attentive service consistent with Accor standards.
- Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar operations while maintaining exceptional service flow.
- Set, reset, and maintain dining tables and bar seating to luxury presentation standards.
- Deliver food and beverages accurately, ensuring proper timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Anticipate guest needs by refilling beverages, clearing courses, refreshing place settings, and responding promptly to requests.
- Polish and stock glassware, flatware, and service equipment.
- Support large parties, private events, and banquet-style service as needed.
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, bars, service stations, and back-of-house areas

- Previous service experience an asset
- Previous point of sale system experience an asset, but not required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
