Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg, South Africa. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and representing our company's products and services with professionalism and expertise.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with confidence and assertiveness
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and stay current on market trends
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to management

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably in a Hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Self-motivated with a resilient and goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
