We are searching for a Full Time Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the outlet’s operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant and bar management as well as, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service are consistently maintained
• Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service
• Create and maintain menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet guest preferences
• Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to minimise waste and maximise profitability
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to drive business growth and profitability
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets

• Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails along with passion for delivering outstanding food experiences.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and inventory effectively
