Company Description

Novotel Sydney Darling Square is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Office All Rounder to join our team on a Part Time basis. Novotel Sydney Darling Square which is conveniently located amongst Sydney’s CBD, Darling Harbour, Darling Square and ICC precincts is the perfect location for guests whether they’re travelling for business, leisure, or both. Our 230 contemporary accommodation rooms overlook the Darling Square precinct on one side and The Chinese Garden of Friendship on the other.


Job Description

Reporting to the Front Office Manager you will be responsible for exceptional customer service to our guests by responding to their requests promptly, and providing them with an efficient check-in and check-out process. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service. In this role you will be required to work a range of shifts across a 24 hour roster. This is a varied role and will see you gain exposure across a number of different areas of our Hotel including Front Office, Reservations, and Food & Beverage.


Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will possess a positive, friendly and can-do attitude. You will ideally have knowledge of OPERA, or other PMS systems. You will pride yourself on your excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will have a high standard of personal presentation, and above all else, your enthusiasm to provide our guests with an outstanding service will allow you to stand out from the rest. NSW RSA is essential for this role.
