Job Description

We have a Fixed Term opportunity until September 2025 for a Full Time 40 hour per week Reservations Sales Agent!

You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience.

Reporting to the Reservations manager, working in a small dynamic team you will be the first point of contact for FIT Reservations via phone and email.

Communicating clearly and concisely with Guests, Travel Agents and Third Party Agencies, you will process all initial hotel reservations and enquiries.

Your focus will be providing excellent customer service and completing arrival/daily reports and preparing internal communication for a smooth guest arrival.


Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Guest focused personality.
  • Previous experience in Reservations.
  • Excellent English communication both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and have excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Opera Cloud, Outlook and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to sell and negotiate sales.
