Reportando al Front Office Manager o a la persona que le sustituya, será responsable de ofrecer un servicio de alta calidad que garantice la satisfacción del huésped, anticipándose a sus necesidades y gestionando con eficacia sus solicitudes y peticiones especiales.
MISIÓN DEL PUESTO:
- Proporcionar una atención excelente durante el check-in, la estancia y el check-out, respondiendo con prontitud, eficiencia y cortesía.
- Gestionar reservas, cambios y asignaciones de habitaciones, asegurando la correcta actualización del PMS y el cumplimiento de los estándares del hotel.
- Controlar cuentas de huéspedes y facturación, garantizando que los cargos sean correctos y se registren en el momento oportuno.
- Aplicar estrictamente los procedimientos de seguridad en transacciones con tarjeta y efectivo, emisión de llaves, protección de datos y confidencialidad del huésped.
- Mantener una comunicación fluida con los distintos departamentos (especialmente Housekeeping), asegurando una coordinación eficaz de prioridades y necesidades operativas.
- Registrar y documentar con precisión incidencias, solicitudes, mensajes y seguimientos, distribuyéndolos según los procedimientos internos.
- Identificar oportunidades de upselling y promover los servicios e instalaciones del hotel, desde un enfoque de asesoramiento al huésped.
- Dar soporte en necesidades de conserjería/Guest Relations cuando sea necesario, asegurando una experiencia cuidada y coherente con un entorno 5*.
- Mantener el área de recepción ordenada y profesional, cumpliendo con estándares de imagen y servicio.
• Formación en Turismo / Gestión Hotelera (valorable).
• Idiomas: español e inglés imprescindibles. Francés muy valorable.
• Experiencia mínima 1 año en puesto similar, preferiblemente en hotel 5 y/o lujo*.
• Conocimientos de herramientas Microsoft Office/Windows.
• Conocimiento del PMS OPERA (valorable o requerido, según necesidad).
• Habilidades interpersonales, orientación al detalle y capacidad de resolución de incidencias.
• Persona responsable y confiable, con capacidad para trabajar bajo presión en entornos dinámicos.
• Trabajo en equipo, escucha activa y empatía.
• Turnos rotativos (mañana y tarde).
• Jornada completa.
• Contrato Indefinido
