Job Description
At Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, ensuring the safety and well-being of our Colleagues, guests and visitors is an integral part of our operations. As a Pool Technician your attentiveness, efficiency and commitment will ensure our hotel remains a safe, enjoyable workplace and travel destination.
- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.
- Clean pools, scrub the tile and clean skimmer baskets.
- Test pool chemical levels and make adjustments when needed.
- Pool equipment and plumbing repairs
- Mechanical pool equipment repairs (pumps and motors)
- Check automatic pool controllers daily and record readings
- Assists guests needs when asked
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow safety procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- CPO Qualification preferred
- Minimum 1 years experience as a Pool Technician
- Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines. Guidelines
- Previous experience in a maintenance role preferred
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications not required but helpful
- Must have electrical, plumbing and basic maintenance skills
- Must be able to read, write & speak English fluently
