What You Will Be Doing:

• Consistently providing professional, friendly, and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues
• Food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
• Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, adhering to food safety requirements
• Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
• Having comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, daily features, and promotions
• Following kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards
• Adhering to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
• Performing other duties as assigned

Your Experience and Skills Include:

• Creative and passionate about food and customer service
• Able to thrive in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills; a true team player
• 2-4 years of experience in a banquet or restaurant culinary field required
• Diploma or certification in a culinary discipline is an asset
• Valid Food Safe certification required
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Enthusiastic and positive personality with the ability to build trusting relationships with others
• Proven organizational skills; able to work well independently and with others
• Capable of setting and meeting deadlines with quality results
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to excel under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Ability to work a flexible and rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late nights

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

• Constant standing and walking throughout shifts
• Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps
