• Maintain and develop the highest standards of Pullman's Outlets
• Lead the Restaurant & Bar team that goes beyond the traditional dining experience
• Create memorable, lasting and individual experiences
• Lead the banquet team that exceeds guests’ expectations
• Able to provide personalised and outstanding service
• Take responsibility in any part of the operational process
• Trend setting and innovation always your horizon 
• Regular review of guest comments with the team and implement right solutions for continuous improvement
• Provide necessary training and guidance to F&B team and to ensure that the highest possible standards and quality of products and services offering in the hotel

• Be pro-active and outgoing
• Take ownership
• Hands on approach
• At least 5 years of management experience in a five-star hotel
• Relevant University degree
• Guest and quality-oriented thinking
• Team management experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Good cooperation, creativity, high standards, precision
• Good organizational and organizational skills, operational mindset
• High work capacity and flexibility
• Extensive knowledge of wine and coctails
• Banquet experience
• Advanced English
