Job Description

Become a key player in our dynamic team and lead the payroll function for three of our distinguished properties. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Payroll Specialist to provide accurate and efficient payroll services to our hotels and team members. With an impressive portfolio of diverse properties, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in exciting payroll-related projects, making a significant impact across our business.


  • A proven track record of success in a similar role within a medium-sized business 
  • Experience within the hospitality sector advantageous (but not required) 
  • Proven experience liaising with employees and management staff
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of awards, superannuation, taxation, payroll and employment law
  • A passion for Innovation – excited about the opportunity to identify and drive improvement within the Payroll function
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to meet deadlines and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
