Job Description

You’ll deliver efficient, high-quality mini bar service while providing warm and professional hospitality aligned with Sofitel luxury standards. 

You’ll also:

  • Refill and check mini bars according to guest consumption
  • Ensure trolleys, storage areas, and service spaces are clean and well stocked
  • Record charges accurately and report stock discrepancies
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
  • Communicate with IRD to clear trays/trolleys on guest floors
  • Take responsibility for assigned floors and organise daily mini bar service
  • Provide prompt, professional service and support the team during busy periods
