This role is responsible for making high-volume outbound sales calls to customers who have previously stayed at Accor hotels, with a specific focus on the Singapore market. The successful candidate must communicate fluently and confidently in English, building rapport with customers while understanding their needs and presenting relevant Accor Plus membership benefits. Using the Accor Plus sales methodology, the role involves identifying opportunities, handling objections, and closing sales effectively. The position operates in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, requiring the ability to consistently meet daily performance goals, including completing 200 or more outbound dials within an eight-hour shift, while maintaining high-quality customer interactions and conversion standards.

Strong communication skills in English with the ability to adapt to different customers
Active listening and a genuine interest in understanding customer needs

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Make outbound calls to customers who have stayed at an Accor hotel
Specifically handle Singapore market, hence you must be able to speak and communicate in English fluently
Use Accor Plus sales methodology to discover needs & close sale
Work in a high-paced sales environment with daily activity targets, including 200+ outbound dials per 8-hour shift.
WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU:
Salary starts to IDR. 7.500.000 - IDR. 8.000.000 with commission per sales IDR. 200.000, - / unit sales
