En Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo buscamos un/a Leisure Sales Manager con sólida experiencia en ventas hoteleras, enfocado/a en el segmento leisure de lujo, responsable de desarrollar estrategias comerciales, gestionar consortias de lujo y fortalecer relaciones con agencias y socios clave para maximizar ingresos y posicionamiento del hotel.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas para el segmento leisure.
- Gestionar cuentas clave, incluyendo consortias de lujo (Virtuoso, Signature, Traveller Made, entre otras).
- Negociar contratos, tarifas y acuerdos comerciales.
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en mercados premium.
- Coordinar acciones comerciales con los equipos de Revenue y Marketing.
- Representar al hotel en ferias, eventos y roadshows de lujo.
- Elaborar reportes de desempeño y seguimiento de objetivos.
- Mantener un alto nivel de servicio y relación con clientes estratégicos.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en ventas hoteleras, preferentemente en el segmento leisure y/o lujo.
- Experiencia comprobable en manejo de consortias de lujo.
- Inglés avanzado indispensable
- Excelentes habilidades de negociación y comunicación.
- Disponibilidad para viajar y participar en ferias internacionales de lujo.
- Orientación a resultados y enfoque estratégico.
