Eksik, hasarlı veya arızalı eşyaların bildirilmesi.
Misafir taleplerine hızlı ve güler yüzlü bir şekilde yanıt verilmesi.
Temizlik ürünlerinin güvenli ve doğru şekilde kullanılması.
Hijyen ve güvenlik protokollerine uygun çalışılması.
