Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of in-room dining services, including order taking, preparation, and delivery
  • Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional service is provided to guests at all times
  • Monitor the quality of food and beverages served, ensuring they meet Mövenpick’s standards
  • Train and mentor in-room dining members, ensuring they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles
  • Manage inventory and ensure the availability of necessary supplies
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve any service issues promptly and effectively
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel setting
  • Strong understanding of in-room dining operations and guest service standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in both Thai and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
