Job Description

You will be part of the Human Resources (HR) team and closely work with the team on end-to-end Recruitment process 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support with recruitment activities including sourcing, selection process, pre-screening, interviewing and short listing of candidates in permanent, temporary and internship positions.
  • Assists the Recruitment Manager in pooling for talents
  • Support with managing candidate interviews.
  • Conducts interviews and assessments for outsourced/casual applicants and other related tasks for recruitment
  • Coordinate with Agency Area Supervisors on interview logistics
  • Other administrative tasks related to recruitment



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related courses
  • No minimum experience required, but previous background or internship in an HR setup preferred
  • Good administrative and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Good communication skills
  • Eager to learn new things & result orientation
