  • Organize daily room assignments and team responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough room checks to uphold the Sofitel luxury brand standards
  • Contributing to successful roster management
  • Supervising and training team members 
  • Attending to guest request and problem-solving guest enquiries
  • Ensuring rooms are released on time for guests 

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

  • A passion for creating memorable guest experiences that exceed expectations
  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Commitment to delivering a 5 star service to guests 
  • Efficient time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Background within a luxury hotel environment will be highly regarded
