- Organize daily room assignments and team responsibilities
- Conducting thorough room checks to uphold the Sofitel luxury brand standards
- Contributing to successful roster management
- Supervising and training team members
- Attending to guest request and problem-solving guest enquiries
- Ensuring rooms are released on time for guests
What you will bring to the role:
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences that exceed expectations
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering a 5 star service to guests
- Efficient time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Background within a luxury hotel environment will be highly regarded
