Job Description

  • Makes requests, monitors and tracks departmental supplies, and chemical amenities of the hotel.
  • Prepares monthly reports, inventory of items, accruals, and expenses of the department.
  • Provision of admin work including but not limited to updating bulletin boards, coordinating departmental activities, filing of documents and managing department. schedules

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a degree of Hospitality Management or any related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year previous experience as an administrative assistant is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, and with a keen eye for detail in data entry.
  • Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft applications and property management software.
